There’s a couple of command line reference documents available on Microsoft Download recently. Via Aaron Tiensivu, there’s the Windows Command Reference for Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008, which curiously doesn’t include every command line tool in Windows.

The Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0 Manager is available for installation on Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP. Microsoft have made available the Group Policy Preferences Client Side Extensions for download and deployment.
