These are great tips that should be a part of any corporate training program. My favourites are:
- Use the blind copy and courtesy copy appropriately
- Don’t send chain letters, virus warnings, or junk mail.
It’s so tempting at times, to take those e-mail addresses of people who forward chain letters and virus warnings and don’t also use the BCC field, and sign them up to a few mailing lists..
My own tip but it’s not really etiquette:Â ’please consider the environment before printing that e-mail’.
