The Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0 Manager is available for installation on Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP. Does that mean the Remote Server Administration Tools are almost here? Let’s hope so, I think we’re deserving, don’t you? While we’re at it, what about the Remote Desktop Client 6.1?

Having previously having issues installing an applications on IIS where the Default Web Site (i.e. the site with an identifier of 1) no longer exists, I was hesitant to edit the METABASE.XML.
